If you have back, neck, joint or muscle problems or if you are pregnant, you should carefully consider your participation. If you are 17 years old or younger, you must have the permission of your parents or guardians. An additional 20 USD dock fee will be charged upon arrival. While participating in the activity, you may not bring cameras of any kind, drones or valuables. It is important to arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation. Please bring your reservation and identification.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel pick-up is available at most centrally located hotels in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and the Riviera Maya. You will receive the last pick-up time one day before your activity takes place. Hotel pick up is not available if your reservation is made before 48 hrs of the day of your booked date. It is also not available if your hotel is outside the coverage area, you must meet the tour at a designated meeting point. Be prepared and wait 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Ground transportation is only for Cancun and Riviera Maya hotel zone. You must indicate in the comments box the hotel, lobby and room number. Valid booking ONLY 48 hrs in advance. All services require prior reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If due to weather conditions the Harbormaster's Office cancels any activity and in case the guests cannot reschedule, a proportional refund will be made for the activity not performed. Snorkeling and Spinnaker depends on weather conditions. An additional 20 USD per person marine park fee must be paid on the day of the activity. Children under 4 years old do not pay federal tax. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted. The age for the snorkeling activity is from 10 years old. Minors from 10 to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to snorkel. The dock fee is $20 USD per person (6 years and older), and must be paid at check-in. If you have recently undergone surgery or suffer from any condition that limits you physically (e.g. back problems), it is important that you mention it to our Registration or Check in department.
